SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take? All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery to the United States typically takes between 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse!
Where do you ship from? While our business is registered in Albuquerque, NM, we partner with top-tier global manufacturers and suppliers to bring you high-quality items at the best prices. Your items may be shipped directly from our international warehouse partners.
How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this tracking number on our website's "Track Your Order" page or directly through the courier’s website.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return? To initiate a return, simply email us at support@starfishsuit.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the return address.

Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

How do I know which size to choose? We provide a detailed sizing chart on every product page to help you find the perfect fit for your baby. If your baby is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up so they can wear it longer!
Are the materials safe for my baby's skin? Absolutely! We prioritize soft, breathable, and premium fabrics that are gentle and safe for delicate baby skin.
